This policy describes how Kirkwood Healthys handles information collected through this drink-claim website.
Information collected
When you claim a drink, we collect your first and last name, phone number, and email address. We also store a unique claim code, claim and expiration dates, redemption status, and redemption date. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
How information is used and shared
We use claim information to reserve your drink, check for duplicate claims, verify redemption, and administer the offer. Store staff and people who manage our customer systems can access claim information. Supabase provides database services. Vercel provides website hosting, media delivery, and website analytics. Claim and redemption details may also be sent to our customer-management provider, GoHighLevel, through configured integrations. These providers process information as part of delivering their services.
Messages and your choices
Providing contact details for a drink claim does not by itself give permission for automated promotional texts. This policy does not serve as marketing consent. Contact the store if you have questions about messages associated with your claim or want to change your communication preferences. Follow the unsubscribe instructions in marketing emails or reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages where supported.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
Staff sign-in and claim-receipt cookies support sign-in and reopening a reservation. Vercel Web Analytics measures website usage without analytics cookies. The Meta Pixel measures landing-page visits and clicks on the Reserve My Halloween Drink form button for ad measurement and relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Advertising tracking runs by default unless this browser has a saved opt-out or sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Meta may receive the page URL and advertising campaign labels, ad click identifier, IP address, browser information, and cookie identifiers, and may associate this activity with your Meta account. The button-click event includes only the label Halloween Free Drink Reservation; we do not send claim form values or QR codes as pixel event data. Automatic event collection and advanced matching are disabled, and the pixel does not fire on confirmation, staff, or admin pages. Landing-page URLs support standard advertising campaign parameters. Unknown or customer-specific parameters and campaign labels containing email addresses, US phone numbers, or UUID claim codes are excluded. Do not put customer information in advertising campaign labels. You can turn advertising tracking off using Advertising preferences below without affecting your drink reservation. We remember your choice in this browser for 180 days, including existing unexpired opt-outs. Turning tracking off stops future pixel events; it does not recall information already sent to Meta or delete existing Meta cookies. Service providers process technical request data under their own privacy policies.
Claim records and privacy requests
This Halloween offer is redeemable only on October 31, 2026, and expires when Halloween ends, but expiration does not automatically delete the contact details or claim record. The claim-receipt cookie expires after 30 days. To ask about retained information or request access, correction, or deletion, call the store or write to the address below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. The availability of a request and any information we must retain depend on applicable law and the records involved.
Changes to this policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Review this page for changes before submitting a new claim.
